Please see below a list of our current weekly  training shedule. If you are new to our school and unsure which class is most suitable please get in touch. We limit class sizes and we will deliver further classes for Little Tiger Cubs, Beginners, Advanced and Black Belt students when the demand arises.  

Mondays:

6pm: Sunderland. Farringdon Community Sports College, SR3 3EL - Beginners (Full).

Tuesdays:

4:30: South Shields. Ocean Road C.A.. NE33 2DW - Little Tiger Cubs (3 Places).

6pm: South Shields. Ashley Primary School, NE34 0QA - Beginners (Full).

7pm: South Shields. Ashley Primary School, NE34 0QA - High Impact (Full).

8:30: South Sheilds. Ashley Primary School, NE34 0QA - Black Belts Only.

Wednesdays:

5:30: Sunderland. Crowtree Leisure Centre, SR1 3EL - Beginners.

6:30: Sunderland. Crowtree Leisure Centre, SR1 3EL - High Impact (High Impact).

Thursdays:

3.45: Durham. Keenan House, DH1 5BN - Little Tiger Cubs (Starts 18th March - UV Residents).

4:30: Durham. Keenan House, DH1 5BN - Juniors (Starts 18th March - UV Residents Only).

4:30: Sunderland. Bede Centre, City of Sunderland College, SR3 4AH - High Impact.

6:30: Peterlee. Dene Community School, Manor Way, SR8 5RL - Beginners (Full).

Fridays:

4:30: Durham. Abbey Sports Centre, Abbey Road, DH1 5DQ - Juniors (3 Places).

Saturdays:

10:30: South Shields. Ashley Primary School, NE34 0QA - Mixed (Full).

1pm: Seaham. Seaham Leisure Centre. SR7 8NP - Beginners.

Sundays:

10:30: Peterlee. Dene Community School, Manor way, SR8 5RL - Mixed.
