6pm to 7pm. Farringdon Community Sports College - Beginners (Full).

When attending Farringdon Sports College, please enter onto school grounds via the main car park entrance and then turn left and enter the Pavillion. You will be asked to sign in for Fire safety and then you will find us upstairs in the Dance Studio!!

Wednesdays:

4:30 Crowtree Leisure Centre - Little Tiger Cubs (Starts March 10th)

5:30: Crowtree Leisure Centre - Beginners (Starts March 10th)

6pm to 7pm. Crowtree Leisure Centre - High Impact (Limited Places)

Thursdays:

4:30 to 5:30 City of Sunderland College, Bede Centre  - High Impact

- Exclusive to Sunderland College Students - Special rates - Training costs Sunsidised By the College!! You will find us in the Old Gym!!
